In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Security

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registration of more than one Account by the same individual;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, vip333 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Legitimate real-money Balances — excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable verification requirements.
